PORT-AU-PRINCE
the main capital of Haiti
3.7 million, nearly half of the country's population is living in Port-Au-Prince. In the rural areas exists this dream, that you gonna make a lot of money, when you move to Port. But reality is different. Slums are growing rapidly with people moving in from the countryside seeking a better life in the city. Unemployment is increasing. People are selling goods & services on the streets trying to survive. The crime rate: murder, kidnapping, robbery, sexual violence & illegal drug trade is high.
